Paid Media / Lead Generation
High-Ticket Real Estate Lead Quality System
Cheap lead volume was consuming sales time without enough buying intent. I connected targeting, landing pages, qualification, and remarketing into a lead-quality system that produced 2,500 leads with a 20% sales-qualified rate.

The context
The campaigns promoted high-ticket properties with long buying cycles. Early lead volume was high, but many leads did not have the buying power or intent needed for sales follow-up.
What stood out
Broad targeting was producing inexpensive volume without enough commercial quality. The issue sat across audience definition, page message, form depth, and where prospects dropped from the funnel.
The approach
Move from broad lead capture to a quality-control system: sharper buyer personas, clearer investment messaging, qualifying questions, dedicated landing pages, and remarketing by drop-off behavior.
How it came together
Built and managed Meta lead-generation campaigns, developed CRO-focused landing pages in WordPress, Wix, and Unbounce, created audience segments by location and buying traits, added lead filters, and structured remarketing around form and page touchpoints.
What changed
The campaigns generated 2,500 leads on INR 250K spend, with 20% becoming sales-qualified leads. The quality filters and remarketing system improved the usefulness of the lead pipeline for sales conversations.
What I took from it
For high-ticket categories, the cheapest lead is often not the best lead. Paid media needs to protect sales time by filtering intent before the handoff.
What this work shows
Lead-generation strategy, Meta campaign management, landing-page CRO, audience segmentation, form strategy, remarketing, and MQL-to-SQL thinking.
